Dieses Werk pulsiert vor Lebenskraft – ein visuelles Feuerwerk aus Bewegung, Farbe und Dynamik. Linien, Formen und Kontraste scheinen in ständiger Wechselwirkung zu stehen, als würde alles zugleich entstehen und sich erneuern. "I am full of energy" ist Ausdruck purer Lebensfreude und schöpferischer Kraft. Das Bild lädt dazu ein, die eigene Energie zu spüren – jene unerschöpfliche Quelle in uns, die inspiriert, antreibt und immer wieder Neues hervorbringt.
Affirmationen dienen in meiner Arbeit als innerer Ausgangspunkt. Sie geben eine Haltung vor, aus der sich Motiv, Farbe und Komposition entwickeln. Jede Arbeit trägt die Atmosphäre eines bestimmten Moments in sich und öffnet einen Raum für eigene Wahrnehmung. Bevor ein neues Bild entsteht, wähle ich eine Affirmation, die mich in diesem Moment besonders anspricht. Aus ihr entwickelt sich eine Vorstellung von Stimmung und Form. Im Malprozess fließt diese innere Ausrichtung in jede Entscheidung ein. So entstehen Werke, die nicht festlegen, sondern offen bleiben und den Betrachter zur eigenen Auseinandersetzung einladen.

This work pulsates with vitality – a visual firework of movement, color, and dynamic tension. Lines, shapes, and contrasts appear in constant interaction, as if everything were simultaneously emerging and renewing itself. "I am full of energy" is an expression of pure joy and creative power. The painting invites us to feel our own inner energy – that inexhaustible source within us that inspires, drives, and continually brings forth something new.
Affirmations serve in my work as an inner point of departure. They establish an attitude from which motif, color, and composition evolve. Each work carries the atmosphere of a specific moment and opens a space for individual perception. Before a new painting begins, I choose an affirmation that resonates with me at that particular time. From it, a sense of mood and form develops. Throughout the painting process, this inner orientation informs every decision. In this way, works emerge that do not impose meaning but remain open, inviting the viewer to engage in their own interpretation.

Esta obra palpita de vitalidad: un espectáculo visual de movimiento, color y dinamismo. Las líneas, las formas y los contrastes parecen estar en constante interacción, como si todo estuviera surgiendo y renovándose al mismo tiempo. "I am full of energy" es una expresión de pura alegría y fuerza creativa. El cuadro invita a sentir la propia energía interior, esa fuente inagotable que nos inspira, nos impulsa y da origen a lo nuevo una y otra vez.
Las afirmaciones sirven en mi trabajo como punto de partida interior. Establecen una actitud a partir de la cual se desarrollan el motivo, el color y la composición. Cada obra lleva consigo la atmósfera de un momento específico y abre un espacio para la percepción individual. Antes de que surja una nueva pintura, elijo una afirmación que en ese momento resuena especialmente conmigo. A partir de ella se desarrolla una sensación de atmósfera y forma. A lo largo del proceso pictórico, esta orientación interior influye en cada decisión. De este modo surgen obras que no imponen significados, sino que permanecen abiertas e invitan al espectador a una interpretación propia.
